Cookies
What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. We may also use tracking pixels, web beacons, tags, local storage, advertising identifiers and similar technologies to recognize visits, remember preferences and measure interactions. Some work in your browser; others involve server-side systems that send permitted information to authorized service providers.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by law, SUNKIS recognizes Global Privacy Control and other qualifying browser-based opt-out signals. An applicable signal is honored for covered sale, sharing and targeted-advertising processing and takes precedence over conflicting selections for that processing. Moving tracking from the browser to a server does not exempt it from your choices.

Your Privacy Choices
Opt out of sale or sharing

Certain advertising and measurement activities may qualify as a sale or sharing of personal information, or as targeted advertising, under applicable state privacy laws. Where you have this right, you can direct SUNKIS not to use your personal information for these purposes.

Opt out of sale, sharing & targeted advertising

Opting out does not prevent order processing, payment, shipping, fraud prevention or legally required recordkeeping. You may still see SUNKIS ads that are contextual or not based on the activity covered by your choice.

Manage cookie preferences

You can accept or reject optional cookies at any time with the buttons below, or with the cookie notice when you first visit. Your choice is saved in this browser and replaces any earlier choice. Withdrawing consent affects future optional processing and does not necessarily remove information collected before the change.

Access, correct or delete your data

Depending on where you live, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of eligible information (subject to exceptions such as transaction, security, accounting or legal requirements).

Request my dataRequest a correctionRequest data deletion

An advertising opt-out does not automatically delete previously collected information. Deletion requests can be submitted separately. We may verify your identity when appropriate. You can also email athens@scientialx.com.

Marketing emails & SMS

Marketing subscriptions and cookie permissions are separate choices. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in the message. If we offer marketing texts, they include consent and opt-out instructions. Transactional messages about orders, shipping, billing, accounts and security may continue.

State Privacy Rights
California privacy

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have rights to know, access, correct and delete your information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit use of sensitive personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

Send requests to athens@scientialx.com or use Your Privacy Choices. We may verify your identity and will respond within applicable timeframes.
